Setting up your Estonian Company
Our incorporation package includes all relevant fees and procedures, from state fees to VAT and employer registration. If you are already an e-resident the incorporation process can be finalized within 1-2 days. After filling out our initial contact form, we will come back to you and guide you through the process. If you are not yet an e-resident we will guide you through the process of obtaining e-residency.
An Estonian private limited company („osaühing “or „OÜ“ in Estonian) needs at least one shareholder and one director.
The minimum share capital is 2500 EUR, but there is no obligation to deposit it.
An Estonian company can be fully (100%) foreign owned.
