We hate hidden costs and unpleasant surprise - that’s why our incorporation and accounting packages are always “all-in”: 20% of VAT, state fees, VAT-registration, employer registration - yes, that’s all included. Also, all our accounting packages include free virtual office and contact person services.


Incorporation


E-Resident Company Establishment Package

One-time fee: 950€

Includes:

• registration in companies register;
• state fee for registration;
• VAT registration;
• virtual office and contact person service for the first month;
• employer registration in Tax and Customs Board;


Company Establishment Package based on power of attorney

One-time fee 1300€

Includes:

  • preparation of POA;

  • all communications and document transportation to the notary;

  • signing the company establishment deed on behalf of the client;

  • sworn translations of the documents;

  • notarial fees (apx 100€);

  • state fee for company registration (200€);

  • virtual office and contact person service for the first year (288€ + 288€);

  •  employer registration in Tax and Customs Board;

  • VAT registration.

E-RESIDENT Accounting Package STARTER

Monthly fee: 180€      

Includes: 

• up to 1 page of bank entries;
• up to 12 entries (sales, purchases, other entries);
• up to 2 declarations per month;
• Micro annual report with up to 3 supplements *;
• communication with Tax and Customs Board;
(contact person and virtual office service).


E-resident Accounting Package SMALL

Monthly fee: 300€

Includes: 

• up to 2 salary calculations;
• up to 1 page of bank entries;
• up to 9 sales and 9 purchase entries;
• up to 4 declarations per month;
• annual report with up to 3 supplements;
• communication with Tax and Customs Board;

E-RESIDENT Accounting Package Medium

Monthly fee: 600 € 

Includes: 

• Up to 4 salary calculations;
• Up to 4 pages of bank entries;
• up to 18 sales and 18 purchase entries;
• up to 4 declarations per month;
• annual report with up to 3 supplements;
• communication with Tax and Customs Board;

Monthly fee: 900€

• Up to 6 salary calculations;
• Up to 6 pages of bank entries;
